A good 'paper entry' marred by absentees.

PUPPY DOG 4(2abs)

  1. Findlay's Mallicot McCauley at Firecraig -. Beautifully presented rich g/s 81/2 mth pup. Pulled out all the stops to stand and show off his many virtues. Loved his head & expression. Lovely dark, almond shaped eye -topped with neat, correctly placed ears, strongly arched neck and good spring of ribs. Well -bent stifle, which meant he moved with drive and purpose. Stood on neat well- trimmed feet and hocks. B.P. B.D. Beat the bitch on movement for a hard -earned B.O.B. and finally was delighted to see him awarded B.P.I.S.

  1. Smith's Fanagmore Benn Arthur - Nice expression when he used his ears. Lacking in coat but had one of the longest tails here today!

  1. McIntyre's Troyden Trouble Maker from Mercytin -Upstanding tri colour - coming back into coat. Well groomed and presented. Would have preferred a longer neck but good head, eye and expression. Ears right up on top, which he used. Very confident and happy. Unlucky to meet pup.

  1. Gee's Aqualita Classique from Corydon - Each of these pups had a different virtue, which could easily influence future placements. Rich g/s who showed confidently for one so young. Well off for coat, bone and body. Slightly deeper in head than 2 but ears and expression were nice. Well presented and handled.

1 Smith's Fanagmore Northern Star - Litter sister to Junior dog. More confident and settled but feet, and hocks could do with some attention.

POST GRADUATE BITCH 4(2)

  1. Szmitz's Mallicot Morgan at Starlenga - Really liked this sweet and feminine bitch. Stood and showed 4 square at all times. Attentive to handler. Small, well -placed ears. Coat of good texture and well groomed. Stood on neatly trimmed hocks and feet. B.B.

  1. Findlay's Firecraig Silver Secret - Pretty B/M bitch. Coat of good colour and texture. Ears right up on top giving an alert and intelligent expression. Dark almond shaped eyes. Good length of underjaw. Moved well.
